Peter Hale
Peter has lived in Bramhall for 16 years with his family. He spent most of his career in a mid-sized Manchester City Centre firm before establishing Hale Solicitors in 2004, with the aim of providing high quality legal services at affordable rates in his local community.
Peter's main area of practice are Wills and Probate, Conveyancing and Litigation, which range from Contested, Probate, Professional Negligence, Inheritance Act claims and Personal Injury work. He also advises the elderly in relation to Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work.
Peter is an enthusiastic but limited golfer and also sings in various close harmony and acapella groups.
Peter is passionate about his clients and always strives to meet and exceed their expectations.
David Chapman
David lives in Davenport with his wife and 3 children. He qualified in 1987 and was for the most part of his early working life, a Managing Partner of a High Street practice, before setting up on his own account in 1999. David joined Hale Solicitors in January 2010.
He specialises in Property, Contract and Matrimonial matters. David has over 20 years experience in matrimonial law and offers high quality, specialist advice on a broad range of matrimonial matters. He recognises the emotional impact which a marriage breakdown has on all members of the family and approaches his work in this respect in a compassionate and caring manner.
David has acted on large volume residential and commercial property matters for many years and his clients have included high worth property investors with portfolios worth in excess of £200m and comprising office and industrial stock and shopping centres.
David's clientele has been rich and varied, including Premier League football managers and players for whom he has negotiated multi-million pound contracts.
His hobbies include unsuccessfully trying to keep fit, wine and Manchester City.
